Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

HUE Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

  • Shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
